The ImPatient Fellowship, an initiative within the ImPatient Network, is a community-driven platform led by and for individuals with type 1 diabetes (T1D). This fellowship is dedicated to creating a vibrant, empowering space where T1D peers can connect, share experiences, and access user-centered resources designed to promote better self-management and enhance quality of life. The fellowship is entirely designed, developed, and delivered by the T1D community itself, ensuring that every aspect is relevant and responsive to real needs. By joining the ImPatient Fellowship, fellows not only receive financial support but also have the unique opportunity to collaborate with T1D advocates from diverse backgrounds and geographies. Together, these fellows work to amplify the voices of those living with T1D, advancing diabetes care, raising awareness, and inspiring positive change globally.
